Add noindex meta tag to test site

I generally add a <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> tag on staging servers to prevent possible duplicate content penalties from Google. I'm not sure this is absolutely necessary (hopefully Google is smart enough to detect a staging server).

However I'm also curious as to how this might be done (or if it's even possible) using this Heroku buildpack.

I am assuming this is for the staging site of the frontend @YPCrumble ? I am not sure we have one yet 😄
