We already did this as part of #2728 but everything has the turtles label so let's do a second iteration:

  • Rename turtles alerts to tenet
  • Is there tinkerers alerts that need to get renamed?
  • Review lists of phoenix / tenet alerts and discuss which ones make sense where. Some of the questionable ones are (all currently with phoenix, assuming because root cause usually is in the provider rather that the component itself):
    • ApiServerInstanceUnavailable
    • ManagementClusterCertificateIsMissing
    • ETCDAvailabilityErrorRateTooHigh
    • FluxHelmReleaseFailed
    • MachineUnhealthyPhase
    • StorageOperationsErrorRateTooHigh
    • Alerts mentioned in this thread
  • Review cookbooks of all alerts that end up with us and ensure they exist and are up to date
