Task: clean up demo left-overs, as they create a lot of error events

clean up gazelle. We need a routine for this as we tend to leave a lot of stuff behind

@uvegla There are some repos in https://github.com/orgs/DemoTechInc/repositories that carry your name. Can they be deleted?

Our cleanup howto in https://intranet.giantswarm.io/docs/product/idp-demo/#cleaning-up says that logicaldatabaseclaims be deleted manually. I think these usually get deleted automatically.

Also deleted a go-project-test deployment from ns org-demotech on gazelle, running since October.
