Typing 'exit' crashes ghostty with three open panes. #4838

ghostty should close the pane corresponding to where 'exit' has been typed, expanding the pane on the bottom to become the new "Split Right" pane. |

I cant reproduce, could you run a debug build or launch from another terminal and show the output? |

The attached screen cast shows the steps taken to cause the crash. Even though I typed 'exit', the video stops rendering before the final 't' and then the Force Quit / Wait dialog doesn't render correctly in the screencast...sorry about that! |

BTW, this is with the latest version (I pull/build everyday) so this issue has been around across recent versions. |

On Debian Gnome, running ghostty, then right-click, choose "Split Right". In new pane, right-click, choose "Split Down". Now, type 'exit' in then upper-right pane. ghostty crashes.
