Tabs appearing above titlebar in older libadw versions

I understand older GTK/libadwaita versions aren't really supported. This is just what I have available to me on Pop! 22.04

v1.0.0 and 1.0.1-main+ecfca17a with adwaita off

I was unable to reproduce on libadwaita 1.2.5

Debian live cd reproduces it, if you're able to run that in a VM or something
