Switch to v3 version of discovery.json #147

The discovery URL should be updated to https://discovery.eduroam.app/v3/discovery.json

een wijziging aan v3 gemaakt; het name veld ontbreekt nu geheel als je de naam kunt vinden in het bovenliggende object. Verder is geo verwijderd, aangezien niemand dat gebruikte.

v2 had 2 keys met daarin enorme lijst aan providers. In v3 is dat er nog maar één.

Update ook de ReadMe om de bijgevoegde JSON te updaten en update de fallback JSON in de app.
