The source code is available at https://github.com/geospatialorg/politicalcolours. You can either clone the repository or download a tarball of the latest release.
Once you have the source you can install by running:
npm install
You can execute the code using node:
node app.js
Edit
./config/site-sample.js
and rename file as
./config/site.js
In web browser:
localhost:8888
