Could WS281x LED control be added?

WS281x control is working via web interface but there is no option within Octopod.

Torch mode is not toggled when viewing the webcam stream via Octopod, working via web interface (torch set to toggle).

Raspberry Pi 4 B
WS281x control via GPIO10
