The examples in chapter 5 run through the relevant commands as at a terminal, and make no mention of the fact that they are available in the tst folder. So it does not strictly matter that the tests are used in the order 01, 02, 11, 03, 05, ... . Nevertheless it seems to me that it would help the first-time user of the package if the two orders agreed, and if the the manual entry for each example referred to the relevant test file. To fix this it simply requires renaming the test--.g and test--.tst files and adjusting the entries in gbnp_doc.xml. (It's a pity that the Introduction cannot be labelled as Section A.0.)
