Add icon to navigate to the previous page in upgrade info view #4499

Users can see the infos when clicking on a step. And there are some hyperlinks in the infos. Click on the hyperlinks, user can only use shortcut to go back, we should add an icon (<- ) in the future to let users navigate to previous page easily.
