I was retrieving pipes with my hammer and noticed the amount I had in my hotbar didn't increase, I thought they had been deleted, but when I opened my inventory, I noticed I had been getting barrier blocks instead.
My guess is that since the pipes are crafted 8 at a time, it kinda bugs out when trying to convert a single one.
