I would like to analyze alternative splicing events in non-model organisms such as different mouse subspecies (e.g., Mus musculus castaneus).
Is it possible to do this? I am trying to follow the example with my data, but when I annotate the ranges, I cannot find the way to use the correct genome.
Thanks.
A.
