Test how content type can be indicated in DRS and acted upon

Test that the type attribute in DRS can successfully be used to indicate content type and that a workflow can act upon it to handle the content according to data type.
Two example use cases are:
Data from NCBI SRA data locator - attached example from SDL has both BAM and
SDL_example2.txt

SRA file types.
DICOM images
