Fine tune knob/slider using keyboard arrows #37

Just a suggestion. A friends is asking me why he can't fine adjust the knob or slider positions using the arrow keys of his keyboard, once he clicked on one one these webaudiocontrol elements. If I have time I'll try to do it... otherwise, it's just a suggestion for an improvement.
