Tensor SOM and tensor GTM: Nonlinear tensor analysis by topographic mappingsに基づき, 順序値をスコア値とみなして 1 位の寿司をスコア 10，10 位の寿司をスコア 1 として順次変換させるように前処理を行う
somf/tutorial/にtutorialコードを作成する
