I noticed that in Frappe Helpdesk, the ticket view does not display the department, contact number, and email information, which is a standard feature in most ticket systems.
Describe the solution you'd like
Display the attached contact view within the ticket view by clicking a button like 'Contact Info' or a similar option in the ticket view. The contact view should only appear when the button is clicked.
