Bluedroid_wakelock unstoppable

Good morning,
I've been using your kernel for years and it's AWESOME. Thanks for your incredible work and dedication :)
I bought a wearable and I have just found that my Nexus 5 is ruining his battery due to bluetimer_wakelock. I read your changelog and the kernel supports disabling it modifying the /sys/module/wakeup/parameters/enable_bluedroid_timer_ws or using your app, but after modifying it nothing happens, I have reset the phone and tried everything but the wakelock is still there.
