Versioning

I think we should keep classic semantic versioning MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH and:

• bump MAJOR in case of breaking change (current apps which use R/Python package may not work if start using new updated package)
• bump MINOR when we have new features (new API's, etc)
• bump PATCH for urgent security fixes / bug fixes.

This works good for already established projects, but for projects which are in early phases, breaking changes may be often, which would make us have version 15.2 very soon.

Since this is first version we are releasing, should we start from 1.0.0, or we may start cautiously and start with 0.1.0 for example?
