Plan order cycles as a reoccurring event, so we can plan when the foodcoop pickup days will be. e.g. (every (two) weeks on wednesday,

Add a field to the form "Add suppliers" with how many days the supplier has to know what the order is.

if a supplier needs to know what the orders is, the software can automatically close the order and send an email to the supplier.

a notification can ben send to order-group to let them know they need to call farmer or upload the new order list before the new order cycle opens.
