Improve the Date Picker On The Card Creation Site

Could be much better when it comes to selecting dates.

Open to suggestions. I wanted to have a picker that let you select time too, since those are used for the Gcal event. Right now we set the time to the middle of the day.

The material day picker would be cool. There's one that lets you select the date first and then the time. But whoever picks this up can present options.
