[BUG] Mod menu closes itself when youre in the pause screen and you move mouse

Bug description

When you have the pause menu where you can leave a world or open settings and stuff, when you open the mod menu and more your mouse/scroll the mod menu closes itself

Expected behavior

i expected it to work

Actual behavior

the mod menu commited

Steps to reproduce

go to world
press esc
open mod menu
move mouse
