Use github registry to publish images

It's possible to start publishing the flannel images to github registry to avoid docker hub rate limit?

that would be awesome! docker hub rate limit is an annoyance.

It looks like flannel is no longer OSS sponsored by docker as https://hub.docker.com/r/flannel/flannel doesn't has the OSS badge. So it seems the image pull is now rate limited.

Is there any plan to move to another registry or restore the OSS sponsorship on docker?
