Update to Nuxt UI v3 (Requires FiveM CEF update)

• Replace Registration Token Input with PinInput https://ui3.nuxt.dev/components/pin-input - Got feedback that it would be more confusing for most users.
• Replace custom free color picker with ColorPicker https://ui3.nuxt.dev/components/color-picker
• Replace traffic infraction Point input with InputNumber https://ui3.nuxt.dev/components/input-number
• What else can we use from Nuxt UI v3 to improve the UX?

FiveM's Chromium for the NUI is at version 103.x, but due to the new color system oklch being used we can't update to Nuxt UI v3, until that update has happened.

Reopening as I might have found a workaround using a postcss plugin for the oklch colors.

Still need to verify that working in FiveM though.
