Refactor posting items to chat to take a declarative approach, reduce boilerplate #97

Implement item cards for these types:

  • armor
  • condition
  • disease
  • disorder
  • drawback
  • injury
  • profession
  • ritual
  • skill
  • spell
  • taint
  • talent
  • trait
  • trapping
  • uniqueAdvance
  • weapon

These item types are probably never posted to chat on their own:

  • ancestry
  • quality

Most prominent items are supported for now, for the rest the fallback template now shows flavor text & effects. Should be refactored to a declarative approach in the future (like the items lists in sheets), but no high prio atm
