Conllu enhanced layer duplicates deps

Russian-SyntagRus. Enhanced layer repeats all dependencies (as it should!), but then they get indexed twice.

The duplication is not the main problem. Sometimes it’s useful to check if there is the same dependency on the enhanced level, and one can preprocess data to remove the enhanced dependency if the same basic one exists. The main issue is that they are the same color. If only you could make enhanced level blue…
