上传文件能带动态新增的参数吗，比如文件MD5值？formData 只能在初始化设置，不能满足需求 #1578

上传文件，想把前端生成的MD5和文件请求一并传到后台可以吗？

这样我就可以用MD5作为文件标识了。

因为如果开了图片压缩的话，前端计算的MD5（得到的是压缩前的MD5）和后端（压缩后文件的MD5）不一致，所以只能直接用前端生成的MD5作为标识。
