本地测试没问题，线上测试提示modjs找不到相应的js文件 #24

我们采用fis3作自动化构建工具，使用mod作为模块加载器。
在本地测试的时候一切正常，但是在线上测试的时候偶尔会出现错误提示，
提示内容为mod.js无法找到对应的js文件。
