Feature request: plain text output format

I'd like an output format that is user-readable (like the default) but does not use any fancy formatting characters. I want this primarily to support watch qbt torrent list which is how I would like to monitor download progress. If I do that today, with the fancy formatting enabled, then I get an output that is hard to read as most of the non-printable characters end up shifting the text around incorrectly.

I'm planning to switch to a new rendering engine for the version 2.0, though I'm not sure how well it will interact with more/less/watch utilities. Anyway, I'm going to add some additional formats, so plain test can be one of them as well.

I just would like to note that I'm going to rewrite a lot of things for 2.0, so this release won't be in the nearest future.
