Phone won't detect charge

Describe the bug

When I charge my S6, it won't detect it AND won't change the battery percentage. When I restart the phone, it says its charging.

To Reproduce

1. Use the phone normally
2. When low, charge.
3. See if it detected charge
4. Restart and check

Any extra info

I'm sure its 100% a software bug, as the restart fixes the problem. I've tried with other charge and wall adapters.
