The problem

The css file that created by stylex.js was not used by page in production environment,but it worked in development width inline syltes.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

1. create vite app and install stylex.js includes its plugins(@stylexjs/rollup-plugin, @stylexjs/babel-plugin)
2. config stylex in vite.config.js, like this:

the output css file is used by index.html
