My Kanji Koohi account doesn't login. When resetting the password, it said the new password was sent to the mail address, but I didn't receive mail. I have tried this for more than 2 weeks. Please have a look at this:My user ID is tewaryameet09Thank You for your help.

same issue here. I've been using kanji koohii for many years, and last week I had to change my phones, and the pass was on my old phone, which abruptly died, so I had to reset the passowrd to be able to log in. No e-mails are being sent to me though. I tried contacting the e-mail address for kanjikoohii just now, mahybe this will somehow get to the developer
I’m experiencing the same issue. I attempted to reset my password about two weeks ago as I had forgotten it, but I am yet to receive any email that contains my new password. However, all of my active sessions were terminated. I wrote a mail delineating my issue to the kanjikoohii mail address, and I hope this GitHub thread post reaches the developer.
