[FEAT] Make users know when more than one window of an app is opened

In windows, when more than one window of an app is opened, there will be an indication, but it is not so in Seelen.
The screenshot below shows that more than one window of file explorer is opened in windows 11

one could also add a dot under the application so that if 2 windows are open, there are 2 dots instead of one

Implementation details

add a badge under the app icon to indicate how many instances of that application are opened.

Requirements:

• should be identically to the badge for notification counts but instead be on top-right, should be on bottom-right.
• should add an option on settings to toggle this badge like could be annoying for someone.
