how to use it over tor?

im interested to know if i need orbot.and how to setup app and orbot if (neded)

Hi! Yes, you do need Orbot, but the app setup is pretty painless. I have been thinking about making some kind of one-click setup for Tor specifically, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

1. Install Orbot: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.torproject.android
2. Start Orbot
3. Set up the proxy in aTox:
   • Proxy type: SOCKS5
   • Proxy address: 127.0.0.1
   • Proxy port: 9050
   • Make sure UDP enabled is off

That should be all! Let me know how it goes. :)
The UDP enabled thing is dealt with automatically in the current nightlies, but in 0.6.0 I think you had to do it manually.

There is a PR adding it, but it's not done, and the original author disappeared, so I'll have to sort it out when I have some time for it.
