Issue

Manual time entry creation feature not operational

Expected Condition

Users should be able to add new time entries that persist in the system

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to Ever Teams website using valid credentials
Navigate to Reports > Timesheet
Click "Add Time" button
Complete the manual time entry form
Submit the form
Verify new entry appears in Time Entry list
