[Bug] Timesheet | Duplicate rows in the time entries list #3428

Issue:

There are multiple duplicate rows in the time entries list

Expected Condition:

There are no duplicate entries. All time log should be combined per task for each day.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in to Ever Teams website
Navigate to Report -> Timesheet page
