Can I add two routes in maps to compare both routes from both devices? If so, can you help me?

I have updated the Trips > Map panel to allow to select trips to compare.

Update your installation with ./composer deploy and check.

I want it to be like the drawing I made in this figma in dashboard page, so it compares the two device routes, is that possible?

Currently it is somewhat similar, the above filters are applied by date and then you can mark the trips you want to compare in the list on the right.

so I understand from your results, but can in this trip > maps menu I want it to compare between two devices within a certain date distance? so what is changed is the data to 2 devices? can you teach me?

No, sorry, all dates are in ISO format (year-month-day).
