Option to treat addresses provided in the yaml as if they were in the symbol_addrs file

Splat should have an option that allows it to pass ROM/VRAM addresses that are in the yaml as symbols to the disassembler so that it can identify them in data and relocs.
It should be an option in case the user would rather provide their own names for these symbols rather than using the autogenerated splat names.
