We need a solution for tokens that are already deployed but are not natively interoperable. The SuperAdapter is basically a wrapper around legacy tokens following a hub and spoke model.

The initial PRD for this work is here, but still lacks requirements.

Once requirements exist, this issue will be done when we have a POC to build out further.
