frozen player when browsing menu, doesnt unfreeze when leaving menu.

players are reporting multiple issues with this mod. either the player freezes and is unable to move until i reload the mod, or the menu just stops appearing with "database contains no cars" in f8. when the second 1 happens, it requires a whole server restart to fix it. also sometimes it spawns the car and doesnt give a modified plate, resulting in non ownership and inability to place in a garage.
