Filter to only working days Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs,Friday

I'm wondering how to modify the code so that it only counts down on working days so that it will exclude weekends, and won't send a message to slack over weekends.

The scheduling is done by Heroku, which is set to once a day. I don't think you can do it on Heroku but you can put a check in the post method before the request is made.
