• Fix a nasty linker script bug for the esp32, where the initial stack pointer was placed on the instruction bus, in the CPU cache areas: ensure _heap_end symbol excludes reserved for boot section esp-hal#423
• Use T::clone_unchecked instead of self to avoid infinite recursion esp-hal#427
