Output Segy attributes

I would like to convert Segy to CSV then edit in CSV and convert CSV to Segy back.
I used trace headers to dataframe example.
I then convert the dataframe to CSV, when I compared the output .csv from dataframe to the output from online converter, dataframe output lacks a column called SAMPLE_ARRAY each cell of which contain multiple data

This is not an answer to your questions nor am I a maintainer of segyio. But you should consider an application like seissee for specific manual adjustment of trace headers. Also, if your SAMPLE_ARRAY is about headers, then it might be the non specified region of the SEG-Y file (205-240).
