Two main things:
Take initial planning/initialization into account
Note that robots often use a long initial time to plan and go to first tag. Since outlier tags are removed when estimating duration this initial time is never taken into account.
Estimated remaining time doesn't care how far the robot is in the mission. This should be based on how far into the mission the robot is.

I agree with Thomas, consider removing this functionality. Can be reintroduced if needed with a more accurate estimate. Currently, I experience it as noise.
