Attaching the doc Ksenia wrote on Encryption. I think this could go in the footer next to the 'Privacy' link (with title 'Security') and maybe referenced in one or two of the answers on the Support page. I'll try and push this by end of day, just also assigning to @willow446 for review so that my PR doesn't break anything :)

Actually, this was added awhile ago, but is only linked to via the Learn More button beneath the Secure Feature description.. I can also add it to the footer next to Privacy?

Sorry for the delay, but the doc from above is very out of date. The most recent one is this one.

@jnny please check with D if he wants the paper.md on the website? And if so... maybe add a hyperlink from the About page, where it talks about Secure, state-of-the-art protocols?
