I have an APC AP8932 PDU IOC that is working fine with version 1 or version 3. I am able to get and set all PVs but IOC terminal occasionally shows the error "security service 3 error parsing ScopedPDU" even though I rechecked several times that all snmpv3 security parameters are correct. Also, there is no error when I run snmpwalk/set/get via commandline. Frequency of the error is also irregular, I don't know what's causing the issue.
