Hi,
we used 5prime v3 chemistry for Nanopore sequencing, is it the same as 5prime v2? Could I use 5prime v2 as well or is there any update?

5prime V2 and v3 are not compatible. I will add V3 support ASAP.

We are currently working on this. It will hopefully be included in next months release.

It doesn't look like this was added in v2.3.0, is it part of the current prerelease branch?
