Friendly fork of PyGSP #110

It seems that the development of PyGSP has stalled. For this reason, we are creating a friendly fork of the project:

https://github.com/gsp-eeg/pygsp2

To avoid possible confusion, we renamed the project to PyGSP2.

We sent an email to @mdeff about our fork, but we haven't gotten a response yet.

Please let us know of any issues with this action.
