Add missing Option to env0_aws_cloud_configuration (Resource) for "Prefix under AWSLogs folder"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would like to have the option to "Prefix under AWSLogs folder" when using the Env0 TF provider to setup cloud compass. The GUI has a checkbox that says "Prefix under AWSLogs folder", but its not an option when using the env0_aws_cloud_configuration (Resource)

Optional bool value for "Prefix under AWSLogs folder" on env0_aws_cloud_configuration (Resource)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Its an option in the GUI and the rest api, just not when using the provider.
