What

EmpowerHack section to be designed and built for the About page.

MOBILE

Section as a partial and included on the about page. This should be the third section.

Considerations

Signing off should be done by design, UX and QA.
Feedback from wider EH community needed - for sign off and content.

To Do

Provide image to be used separately
Provide text/content
Provide brand style guide + Hi-Fi mockup
Build section
Include on About page
