how to segment character knowledge for better performance

im trying to feed my agent with large qty of data, such as various links and topics. Initially I put everything under topics and it performed consistently better than putting it under the knowledge tag, where it barely keeps up with the details.

That would be ok if im not wanting to feed an entire multipage documentation.

Whats the best way to do this. I ve tried the knowledge2character script but it breaks down into an incorrect format
